We offer personal sessions with one of our Financial Specialists for various different topics (or a combination) such as:
- FICO Score Review - What a FICO score is, your FICO score is, what it means and what you can do to improve it.
- Household Budgeting and Savings Tools & Tips – Bring your bills! Use our worksheets to detail and review your spending habits, creating a budget and receive tools and tips on how to stick with your new budget!
- Choosing the right IRA – Having a hard time deciding what UANWFCU IRA is right for you? We can help! We’ll breakdown our different IRA plans and help you decide which one best suits you.
- Financial Hardship Assistance - Struggling to make your UANWFCU loan payments? Whether your household income has been reduced due to an involuntary reduction in pay, involuntary unemployment, or some other difficulty, our Financial Hardship Assistance Program was established to help get you back on your feet. Complete our Hardship Application (linked on the Documents page) and return to a Financial Specialist to get the process started.
Many of these sessions come up during the process of opening a Custom Checking or after a loan denial or counteroffer. However, members can request (and our encouraged to request) them at any time. Just contact a MSR for more information or to set up your appointment today.
